Inversions are the most powerful group of yoga postures. When we turn our bodies upside down, we are literally turning our world upside down. Turning upside down allows us to experience everything we know as right side up, typical and normal pulled out from beneath us.
This workshop will explore Handstand, Forearm stand, Shoulder stand and Headstand.

Pashupa Goodwin is a playful Jivamukti monkey who likes to hang out upside down. His inversion teachings integrate exercises from the AcroYoga tradition where Handstand is the foundational equivalent of Tadasana. He is a ukulele kirtan wallah and his playlists sound even better upside down.
